Our Pricing & Service Guarantee

At Climate Crew, we take pride in offering professional, efficient, and reliable appliance repair and installation services. Our pricing is transparent and straightforward, ensuring you get top-tier service without any surprises.

• Diagnostic Fee: $80 – This fee covers the thorough assessment of your appliance to accurately identify the issue.
• Labor Costs: Ranging from $120 to $270, depending on the complexity of the repair or installation required.

We are a team of highly skilled technicians, ensuring that all repairs and installations are done with precision and care. In most cases, repairs are completed the same day, so you can get back to your routine with minimal disruption.

We guarantee a professional level of service in every repair and installation we perform. Whether it’s a quick fix or a more complex project, you can trust us to deliver quality workmanship and reliable solutions.

Refridgeration & Appliance Repair

1. Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians. The duration of the warranty is stated on your invoice. The warranty covers mechanical parts and labor only; computer parts and special order parts are excluded. All receipts are sent via email, and the 60-day warranty begins on the date of completion. The warranty becomes void if the unit is transported, sold to another individual or party, or moved to a different location.
   

    

2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling of the appliance.
3. Warranty Voidance: Any attempt to repair, tamper with, or open the appliance by anyone other than our authorized technicians will immediately void the warranty.
4. Follow-Up Service: If you experience issues covered under the warranty, please contact us directly for assistance. Proof of service (your invoice) is required to process warranty claims.
