Our Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our repairs by offering a 60-day warranty on mechanical replacement parts. This warranty covers defects in the parts we install, ensuring reliability and peace of mind. However, we do not offer a warranty on specialty parts or any type of refrigerant due to manufacturer limitations and the nature of these components.
Additionally, our warranty does not cover labor once the repair is completed. The 60-day warranty period begins from the date the receipt is issued, and all receipts are sent via email for your records. If you experience any issues with a warrantied part during the coverage period, please contact us, and we will assess the situation promptly.
